Our solution ensures automatic registration and refund of the deposit for your reusable cups and other materials in your office, event or venue. This way you can focus on sales and service to your customers.
Deposit and refund
The Goodless Smartcups are automatically linked to the payment method in real time via your payment system. When returning the Smartcup in a Goodless Smartbin or Maxibin, the deposit will be instantly and automatically refunded to the payment method. With a closed loop system, the deposit is instantly available on the payment method.
Speed
Avoid the queues at the bar or the return point. The Smartcups are automatically registered during the sale via the Smartmat, without delay. A manned return point with manual deposit refund is not necessary.
Ease of use
The Goodless solutions increase the ease of use for the customer and the seller. The fast and automatic reimbursement avoids cash errors and reimbursement fraud. Any cup returned will be refunded.
In the event of vandalism with Smartcups, it is possible to detect the buyer of the cup (in accordance with GDPR regulations).
Data Management
Increase the efficiency of your organization by tracking in real time the sales and stock available per point of sale, checking the filling level of the Smartbin and Maxibin and viewing the life cycle of each Smartcup, all from one SSOT (single source of truth), accessible to all your employees.
