Goodless and Weezevent collaborate!

During Ostend Beach and the Summerlove Festival last summer, the partnership between Weezevent and Goodless was truly put into practice. Thanks to the integration of WeezPay with Goodless’s smart hardware and software, the entire drink and cup management process, from delivery to return, ran incredibly fast, cashless, and effortlessly for both visitors and organizers.

Fast, simple, and 100% cashless
With the Smartmat, festivalgoers could easily and quickly order their drinks via WeezPay. Each reusable cup was automatically linked to the user’s personal cashless profile through an RFID chip when the drink was served. Returning and refunding was just as easy: cups were deposited at the Smartwall, and the deposit was immediately refunded to the correct person’s account, even with thousands of visitors at once, without queues or confusion.
Maximum festival experience, minimal hassle
Visitors no longer had to worry about vouchers, forgotten deposits, or losing tokens, or wait in long lines to return their cup. Everything was handled digitally, allowing every visitor to fully enjoy the festival without practical issues.
Facts and figures
Together, Goodless and Weezevent managed over 100,000 cups across five festival days. Thanks to the integration of all payment partners within the WeezPay platform, all deposits and purchases were processed seamlessly and automatically refunded to each user.
Benefits for organizers
The combination of Goodless technology with the Weezevent platform offers organizers:
Automatic registration, tracking, and refunding of cups
No queues for cup returns, requiring fewer staff
Real-time insights into all transactions and stock
Seamless reporting and less operational stress
Ready to make your event future-proof?
